Culture and heritage

Aime la Plagne

Visit the Prieuré Saint Martin church built in the 11th century, which is a gem of early Romanesque art. It was built on the foundations of a Roman civil basilica and a Carolingian church.

You can also visit La Tour Montmayeur, which dates from the 13th century, was fully renovated in the 15th century, and became the residence of the Lords of Montmayeur. It offers a taste of the architecture of Tarentaise houses at various altitudes.
